Fabrication and Machining
CSSI provides on-site support for production parts fabrication and machining services with qualified and trained technicians and machinists for both Government and Commercial customers, including support for fabrication of parts in support of navel and aerospace defense systems and platforms.
Our Fabrication and Machining Services include:
- Fabrication of machined parts in accordance with engineering drawings, sketches, and machine shop job orders.
- Experience with fabrication / machining processes and tools including CNC mills, vertical and horizontal mills, tool and cutter grinders, hardness testers, presses, drilling machines, band saws, pantographs, brakes, shears, planers, shapers, and cranes.
- Fabrication of tools, jigs and fixtures in accordance with engineering drawings per ASME standards and sketches to support parts fabrication.
